Refunds and Exchanges

We cannot guarantee that every ingredient will work for every skin type and due to the hygienic nature of our products, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges, without exception. If your package was damaged during shipment by the carrier, please save the box and the merchandise.  Take a photo of the damaged items and notify us as soon as possible via email (info@ospreyvillagesoapcompany.com)

Shipping and Receiving

We ship every Tuesday and Thursday, all orders ship via Canada Post and come with a tracking number sent to your registered email address.  Shipping times vary from 3 to 5 business days within Canada.  Please allow appropriate time for your package to arrive before contacting us.  

All orders over $100.00 within British Columbia receive complimentary shipping. Use code FREESHIP100 at check-out. All other shipping charges will be calculated at the time of checkout, where you can select from varying shipping options.

If you are ordering from outside Canada please note that you are responsible for any additional fees that may occur such as duties or international taxes. 

We are not responsible for any damage that may occur during shipping. If your product arrives damaged please notify us ASAP by emailing photos and descriptions of how you received it.
